Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PML Connection, including its website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.


1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

PML Connection is a technology-based networking and matching platform that connects borrowers, lenders, investors, connectors, and other real estate participants.

PML Connection facilitates networking, opportunity discovery, introductions, and communication between users.

PML Connection:

  • Does not provide loans or financing
  • Does not guarantee funding
  • Does not guarantee investment returns
  • Does not act as a broker, dealer, agent, lender, or investment adviser
  • Does not participate as a party in transactions between users
  • Does not provide investment recommendations
  • Does not guarantee the accuracy, success, profitability, or completion of any opportunity

Users are responsible for their own decisions, due diligence, negotiations, agreements, and transactions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal authority to enter into agreements
  • Provide accurate information
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users may be required to create an account and provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting your login credentials
  • Activities conducted through your account
  • Notifying PML Connection of unauthorized account access

PML Connection may require additional verification, including multi-factor authentication or identity verification.

4. USER PROFILES AND INFORMATION

Users may create profiles and provide information about themselves, their businesses, lending preferences, investment interests, projects, or opportunities.

Users agree that information they provide will be accurate and not intentionally misleading.

PML Connection does not independently guarantee or endorse information provided by users.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Borrowers and opportunity providers are responsible for providing accurate information about their projects, businesses, funding needs, and related information.

Lenders, investors, and other participants are responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before entering into any agreement or transaction.

Users are responsible for determining whether their activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including applicable lending, securities, investment, and advertising requirements.

6. CONNECTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS

PML Connection may provide tools that allow users to discover, connect with, and communicate with other users.

A connection through the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval, or guarantee by PML Connection.

Users are responsible for all communications and agreements they enter into with other users.

7. NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

Information available through PML Connection is provided for general informational and networking purposes.

PML Connection does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or securities advice.

Users should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

8. USER TRANSACTIONS

PML Connection is not a party to transactions between users.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating opportunities
  • Conducting due diligence
  • Negotiating terms
  • Preparing agreements
  • Completing transactions
  • Complying with applicable laws
  • Managing payments or funds directly between themselves and their transaction counterparties

PML Connection does not guarantee that a transaction will occur or be completed successfully.

9. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CREDITS

Certain Platform features may require subscriptions, credits, or other fees.

Credits may be used for certain Platform actions, including accessing or unlocking user contact information where such functionality is offered.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Credits are non-refundable
  • Credits are non-transferable
  • Prices may change from time to time
  • Users are responsible for applicable charges associated with their account

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not use the Platform to:

  • Commit fraud or misrepresentation
  • Provide intentionally false information
  • Harass, threaten, or spam other users
  • Engage in unlawful activities
  • Circumvent Platform security
  • Abuse or manipulate Platform features
  • Use the Platform to avoid applicable fees
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
  • Violate applicable securities, lending, privacy, or other laws

11. VERIFICATION

PML Connection may request information or documentation to verify a user's identity or account.

Where third-party verification services are used, verification does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or representation that a user, opportunity, lender, borrower, or investor is suitable, trustworthy, financially capable, or legally compliant.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to PML Connection and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant PML Connection a limited license to host, display, process, and use that content as necessary to operate and provide the Platform.

13. PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the PML Connection Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

14. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

PML Connection does not guarantee:

  • Funding
  • Investment returns
  • Deal completion
  • Accuracy of user-provided information
  • Availability of any particular opportunity
  • Financial performance
  • That a connection will result in a transaction

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PML Connection will not be responsible for losses arising from:

  • User-to-user transactions
  • Failed or unsuccessful opportunities
  • Financial losses
  • User-provided information
  • User misconduct
  • Investment or lending decisions
  • Unauthorized actions of other users
  • Disputes between users

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. USER DISPUTES

Disputes between users should be addressed directly between the parties involved.

PML Connection facilitates connections and communications but is not a party to user transactions and does not assume responsibility for the outcome of disputes between users.

17. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

PML Connection may suspend or terminate an account if it believes a user:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Engages in fraud or misconduct
  • Abuses the Platform
  • Creates security or regulatory concerns
  • Violates applicable law

18. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM

PML Connection may modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features or services at any time.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

PML Connection may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws specified in the final version approved for PML Connection.
